Kaufman Bros. analyst Shaw Wu has been checking with his contacts in Apple's (AAPL) supply and distribution channels and reports that demand for the iPhone is "fairly healthy" in the U.S., Europe and, with the exception of Japan, most of Asia Pacific.

I believe that Way of the Samurai 3's official trip across the Pacific on Oct. 13 was not the best kept secret in the world, but now that Agetec and UFO Interactive have officially announced the game we can all stop celebrating in secret and star walking around dressed as Samurai like we're supposed to. We can also now officially inform you of all the Samurai action going down in Way of the Samurai 3.

The official word from AT&T is that iPhone MMS will arrive "late morning" Pacific time, or early afternoon Eastern time. You'll have to plug into a computer and hit up iTunes to get the update, but it's not clear exactly when MMS will turn on, so just have to keep refreshing until you get the go-ahead.
