It is, with lots of unique features and tech and in some ways Brand may have redefined modern portable computing with this device. The feature rich iPad Pro may spell difficulty for the old small laptop, including MacBook Air of Apple, especially for people who simply do minimal computing. It will also help the aspirations of Apple in business and with IBM in place expect Apple to truly drive this gadget to companies around the Globe.

iPhone version 4.0 is official! It's got all the goodies, multi-tasking, background GPS, background audio streaming (Pandora), background VOIP calls and even iBooks (thanks iPad). Apple has announced the upgrade but won't make it available to all the iPhone 3GS/iPod Touch 3rd Gen users out there until sometime this summer. iPad will get the update in the Fall. Original iPhone and iPhone 3G users along with iPod Touch 1st/2nd Gen will get some features but not the multitasking (booooo). That's too bad for owners of older hardware but Apple has to cut them loose at some point to move forward.

In a recent interview, I had stated that I had some doubts that the iPhone would come to Thailand so soon, citing that they did not have any confirmed deals for content, which is what really rakes in the money in the whole iPhone money machine. But soon after that interview, there were some events which hinted towards a Thailand launch. It now looks like the baby brother in Thailand's trio of major phone operators, True Move, who is often over looked or forgotten, has sealed the deal with Apple. Commenting on the question of what happened to their rumored deal, AIS has stated that the deal with TrueMove is nonexclusive, leaving the door open for speculation that AIS is still in negotiations with Apple.
