The earthquake in Haiti is a tragic disaster that devastated hundreds of thousands. Many people have taken action to aid the people of Haitian. Even celebrities and big name figures have taken action. Samuel Dalembert, an NBA player for the Philadelphia 76er's, is of Haitian descent. He has been trying his best to reach out to his family in Haiti and doing his best to aid his people. There are still thousands who are missing. Big name organizations and companies are donating large amount of money. It's going to be difficult to recover from this devastation.

So far there have been 42 aftershocks since the devastating earthquake. These people continue to face calamity one after another. These aftershocks have magnitudes of 5 and 6. It's like another earthquake. This is as if Katrina happened all over again but in Haiti. New Orleans and areas around it are still recovering from the damages of Hurricane Katrina which occurred in 2005. It's already 5 years. For Haiti it may take much longer since it is one of the poorest countries in the world.

    1) Why is Haiti so poor?
    2) Why don't people migrate to the Dominican Republic?
    3) Why do people continue living there?
    4) Why doesn't the Haitian government take action?
    5) Why do Haitians do worship the devil?
