This is a good evaluation of how the learners feel about the course. You also need to include grading rubrics for the assignments to guide them.

This is a great way for students to introduce themselves. You might want to provide a recorded voice with it too so that your students will not be shy to do the same. Everyone feels shy about something and when we share ourselves even in our imperfection we give others the freedom to do so also.
