Diigo and Diigolet problems with XHTML at w3.org - 5 views

  Some of the highlights that I drew at
  http://www.w3.org/2009/Talks/0204-ted-tbl/#(1)
  fail to reappear.
  
  Toolbar of Diigolet 4.0b14 does not appear, but it does present three of the five highlights that I drew using Diigo 4.1.0.14 added to Firefox 3.5.5,
  Mozilla/5.0 (Macintosh; U; Intel Mac OS X 10.6; en-GB; rv:1.9.1.5) Gecko/20091102 Firefox/3.5.5 GTB6
  
  In the Diigo sidebar I see all five highlights, but in the main window:
  
  * two of the highlights are missing.
  
  According to http://www.w3.org/Talks/Tools/Slidy/#(1) (referred from http://www.w3.org/Talks/Tools/Slidy/help.html) it's XHTML.

  In 'normal' Diigo and Diigolet views of the page: those highlights are missing.
  
  In annotated views of the page: the highlights are present but the rest of the page is wrong
  (bugged annotated view of XHTML slide show at w3.org).
