I appreciate Diigo very much and do my best to make it popular in Germany

But now it seems to me that several features don't work properly.
Some pages are no longer cached.
If I click "cached" I can read: "Cache page didn't exist"

Moreover I can't see highlighted words / sentences!
Highlighted text is only shown as annotated, I can expand these annotations but nothing more.

I hope I can use these important features again!

    Peter

I'm using Firefox 3.04 and Chrome

Whenever I find pages not cached, I assume that it's respecting the policy of a site manager or service provider.

Please, are these pages that were previously cached?

Has the page that you annotated changed since the time of your annotations?

    Hi Graham,

    > Has the page that you annotated changed since the time of your annotations?<
    No.
No page at all shows highlights, even a Diigo-Page that I highlighted doesn't show it.
It's a problem that I didn't have before and it occurs with every browser I use (FF / IE / Chrome)

    > Whenever I find pages not cached, I assume that it's respecting the policy of a site manager or service provider. <

No, that's not the reason. Some pages of the same site are cached and others not, it's not the policy.

I really hope that this problem can be solved.

    Hi peter,
1)We are looking into the Cache issue and try to solve the problem asap.

    2) Moreover I can't see highlighted words / sentences! == >Did you mean you can't see highlighted words/sentences in cached version( for page you can access cache page) or in the original page? What's browser you use?

    Thanks

    Hi all,
Recent cached pages(about three days) are not available at the moment, but caching service will resume later to save this page.

The cache feature works now. To make sure everyone gets the cache page, we are doing the following feature:
    1) The system will check URLs periodically and find out those without cache pages
    2) Get those pages again.

Hi, cache seems to work again but I still have problems with highlighting!

Highlight are NOT shown when using Windows XP (and FF/IE/Chrome/Flock).
Some weeks ago I had no problems.

When using my Notebook with Windows Vista and Firefox Highlights are shown!
    What might be the reason??
