This video was introduced to me by Sara Karsten. An engaging and funny talk that points to the failures/downfalls of math instruction/curriculum. Does Dan Meyer's claims about how we teach have truth? How does this reflection challenge our instruction?

An engaging 10 minute talk challenging educators to reflect on their instructional strategies in light of the fact that students no longer need to go to school to access information/knowledge. Furthermore, she challenges us to consider allowing students to have a voice in forming their knowledge, learn through experience and failure.
