Shakhtar Donetsk 2 - Dynamo Kiev 1 UEFA Cup semi-final second leg, May 7, 2009 Shakhtar made their home advantage count after 17 minutes, Dario Srna whipped a dangerous cross into the Kiev box and, after the away defence failed to clear their lines, Jadson crashed home a super strike into the top corner. Ismael Bangoura levelled for Kiev minutes after the restart to bring the tie back all-square. Shakhtar won the match in the 89th minute trough a fine solo goal from Ilsinho.
