Participants will work with voice experimentation and sound production, improvisation and expression through spontaneous interaction in an atmosphere of absolute acceptance and encouragement. We use the vibrations of our voice's sounds for relaxation, release and self-improvement in our personal journey. Mantras is a word or a short phrase that you continually repeat either aloud or silently to yourself in order to focus and clear your mind of any thoughts. Eventually, you can let go of the mantra and find yourself in the place of stillness and silence that is the goal of meditation. A few words about the facilitator: Marlia teaches classical guitar and composes, writes lyrics, arranges and records her songs, sometimes only with natural instruments and sometimes with the help of loopers, samples and effect pedals, where the voice always plays a leading role.
