Today's Libra full moon is helping out with the official release of my new song "Palisandros" (meaning "Rosewood", one of the main kinds of tonal wood used in traditional instrument-making), which I have been procrastinating for some time now, because of how vulnerable and exposed it makes me feel in a lot of many different ways. First and foremost, singing in my native Cypriot dialect; this is the first song I have written in Cypriot. It brings tears to my eyes every single time. Partly I know why; partly I am waiting to explore.. Secondly, there is nothing fancy about this recording; yet the story is interesting: I conceived the melody 3 years ago while rehabilitating from a knee surgery and being hosted in Greece by my dear friend & exceptional guitarist Bill Stathopoulos, I wrote the lyrics while trying it on the piano of my brilliant songsister Arianna Tondo ヅ in Italy, I recorded it with special creature's Benjamin Hedengran Andersen classical guitar in a soundproofless hut in India, I used the chimes, rattles, cajon and djembe belonging to multi-talented musician and top-notch father David Esteban, while shooting the video in the wilderness of the Philippines with charismatic and tribal soulsister Dona Tumacder-Esteban, finally mixing and producing it in the company of my dogs in Cyprus. Lastly, I would like to dedicate this song to mother Earth and the four elements. And I would like this song to be a reminder to all of us: That no matter how tough people wish to look on the outside, remember there is a soft, tender and sensitive part somewhere deep inside them, that got trapped there for one reason or another. By all means, it wants to come out. If only we give it a chance, it wants to come out. And each one of us can help somebody else bring their trapped part out and breathe again anew. One of the things that he did is he basically took the money, put it into his own checking account, and he used it. Well even one scenario, he took $100,000 from a client, turned it around and went and bought a Maserati. This is a really, really nice car. How To Avoid Financial Fraud I want to make sure you can protect yourself from those same potential problems. There's some things you can do to make sure you will avoid those issues. The first thing to do is do a broker check or make sure they are a registered investment advisor or an investment advisor that is registered with the securities exchange commission. What you can do is you can go to brokercheck.com. At brokercheck.com you can enter in the person's name or even their firm to make sure they are registered. Another good site to go to is investor.gov. It does basically the same thing that brokercheck does and even while you're there, you can see what type of report will come up as far as if they have any blemishes, if they have any problems in the past, are they an advisor that has a lot of disputes. Right there will give you a lot of information but also some red flags. If they are not registered as an investment advisor though the securities exchange commission, they're not allowed to do any trading of stocks, bonds, mutual funds, exchange rate funds and really they're not allowed to give you much financial advice.

Greetings to the family! After making the decision to fulfil my current 4-month-long Indian/Asian/NZ tour without any other instrument but my voice, this is what I could come up with during my very-much-indeed musical stay in Pai, Thailand, right after the PanSiam gathering 2019. In one of our days there with Leon Christian Karmameleon, between open mics, music performances, singing workshops, private vocal lessons, bonfire circlesinging, spontaneous street/stage improvising, scooter riding and hot spring indulging, we met Tommaso Caenazzo (the owner of this handpan @432hz) at our favourite chai shop and thought we could work a bit on 11/8, plus instrument plus voice! There is a much better video version with regards to the quality of music & sound, however this one is hilarious - at least to me! - so I decided to post this one. Cover song from Xylina Spathia [Στον Βράχο] by Marlia project OK so my performance at HUG - Hungarian Handpan & Worldmusic Gathering in Hungary 2019 was over and people wanted one more song. The stage manager said no. Szombathelyi Patrik from HUG stepped in and asked him to do one more song. Hernán Suárez Music was already on stage on calabash and percussion. Patrizio Castrovinci was already playing flute and hulusi with me in the previous song, along with Vértes Marcell who improvised on trumpet with us. I asked them to stick around on stage with me, although they had not heard the song ever before and this is result of our improvisation. Towards the end there is an impromptu moment when I decide to join the crowd off-stage and so you cannot hear the guitar & voice at this point because I took the cable out, finally leading to my return on stage and closing of the song and the performance. This track has been recorded in a single track, single recording, outdoors in the guesthouse's rooftop where I stayed in Varanasi, India last December 2018. The handpan is a Cm SpaceDrum belonging to my dear friend Benjamin Andersen. There are sounds & noises within the track from the buzz of Varanasi; I have not attempted to clear the track from the monkeys, the builders next door or my friend's mobile phone ringtone! I have only added some effects, such as rotor sound and delay to the existing handpan's natural sound. The whole 20-minute-long song is an improvisation inspired by life and music in Varanasi.
