The Rat Patrol TV series follows the loosely done adventures of an elite team of Commandos 111th Armor Recon, attached to long-range desert group. This three American and one British allied soldier of the North African Campaign during World War II has a mission of "To attack, harass and wreak havoc" on field marshal Romel's boasted of the African Korps. It also refer the title of this show on the nicknames given to some of the British forces in the campaign, as "Rats of Tobruk" means of desert rats.
