This enchanting art was recognized several years before the independence by the local artisans of Etikoppaka village. The toys are available in various different forms but, the most common and famous ones are, the canon, Lord Ganesha and Bullock. The art of making Etikoppaka toys is also known as turned wood Lacquer craft in many states.

Wherein, The term Bidriware took birth under the rule of Ahmed Shah and his son Second Alauddin Bahmani, the origin of Bidriware is attributed to Abdullah bin Kaiser, a craftsman from Iran and the local artisans of Bidar.
