When Thanksgiving, Christmas, and other vacations come around where I eat more than usual, I never feel guilty about how much I'd enjoyed. The reason why is because Ive learned how to teach my metabolism to burn off enough excess fat to permit me to get more cheat days. Im not saying to eat anything and everything once you increase your k-calorie burning (this is unhealthy), but what I'm saying is that once your body is use to being within the fat burning mode, the guilt of eating unhealthy foods on holidays isn't there (at least not for me). When I feel that my metabolism is slowing, I dont fear at all because I know precisely what to do to get my metabolism right back on its fat reducing track. Once you understand how powerful your metabolism is when you feed it energy (continuous small meals each day in addition to exercise) and how powerful it's to get rid of fat, you will experience guilt free cheat days too.

Increase metabolic process for simple weight loss and fat burning

Metabolic rate = the quantity of calories our bodies burn per day.

To completely lose excess fat weight, you must increase your metabolic rate. To be able to improve your metabolism, you have to do weight lifting exercises to condition muscle tissue and feed your metabolism by eating often each day.

A slow kcalorie burning results in less weight reduction

When we lose weight, we also lose protein from our muscles. The faster we lose weight (by reducing too much on our calories), the more protein is useful for energy; and once you lose too much protein from your own muscles the result is really a slow metabolism. This happens because your muscles need protein to cultivate and stay strong. When protein is extracted from your muscles, you lose muscle tissues. Muscle tissue are metabolically active and burn calories (even at rest). The body needs so that it has energy to keep to burn off calories calories to give these metabolically active cells. The calories that are burned also result from the fat that is stored in your body. Therefore in other words, the more calories you eat, the more power your metabolism has to burn up the fat that is stored in your body. Without the calories, your kcalorie burning has no energy in order that it will slow down and you'll burn fat at a very slow pace (if you burn any at all). Having power is not the sole reason for a quick or slow metabolism. You see, when you significantly cut down on your daily calorie consumption, your metabolism burns calories slower to avoid your body from starving. Being that your body today doesnt know if you will feed it; your body will keep the calories to be utilized later. The calories that are stored, are stored as fat.

Improve your metabolism and lose more excess fat weight than water weight

When you lose protein from your muscles, you not only lose muscle tissues, but you will burn fat also lose water. Protein holds about 4 times its weight in water. To reduce 10 pounds of excess fat, you'd have to burn 35,000 calories (3500 calories = 1 pound). If you lose those 10 pounds in a single week do you seriously think that it had been body fat? The answer is no, only about 2 pounds was fat and the rest was water (Don't be fooled by what the range says!) When you boost your k-calorie burning, your body has a reason to keep the protein (remember protein holds water) and make use of the power to burn fat.

Yes you will lose some protein from your own muscles even if you lose weight the best way. The important thing will be to give parts of your muscles with enough protein each day so that it can't only change your protein loss, but use the extra protein to help create new muscle mass and stay trained.

Eat more food to increase your metabolism

Protein helps build muscle, but carbs are your bodys primary source of energy. Once your body requires the protein from your muscles and has a lack of energy (carbohydrates) as energy, the protein is converted to carbohydrates before its used as an energy source. Consequently, when you eat, you must have the right quantity of carbohydrates and proteins in the body so that power may be used efficiently. You must also eat more often to fuel your metabolic rate all-day long. Eating at least 5-6 small meals every day can give your metabolism the constant supply of power it needs to burn fat longer and faster. Don't resort to eating processed foods together of your meals; rather opt for a good meal-replacement solution to meet the body, If you're not able to make and short on time.

    Exercise to increase your metabolism

Exercise in general burns off calories. Weight training may help you to improve your k-calorie burning since that is how you condition your metabolically active muscles. You should increase the quantity of calories you eat daily, when you increase your physical activity, particularly through exercise. Recall, the more energy (calories) you give your muscles, the more energy it has to burn fat that's kept within your body. Also remember the less energy you give body to you, the more protein can be taken from your own muscles to be converted to sugars as energy, which leads to a slow metabolism.
