I'm sharing a presentation a group of students prepared a couple of years ago for an overall intro to the topic specially thought of for the Senior 2 students joining the project who still have not studied the topic.

I think this cartoon is showing somewhat sarcasm between the two leaders and the competition will be between them despite the pact

December 14,1936. "The forty-eight hours after the march into the Rhineland were the most nerve-racking in my life. If the French had then marched into the Rhineland we would have had to withdraw with our tails between our legs, for the military resources at our disposal would have been wholly inadequate for even a moderate resistance."

In this cartoon source i can see Hitler mocking of others leaders of democracy ans showing he is better than all the other leaders.

This source is a cartoon which mocks Stalin´s and Hitler´s "friendship" during the Nazi-Soviet Pact, since everybody knew that they couldn´t stand each other, and the pact was signed for their own convenience.

It is a primary source because it is a photo taken in 1938, when Chamberkain went back to Great Britain after the Munich Agreement. When he went back he had a paper on his hand. This one was the Agreemnet signed with Hitler. It symbolized peace for him. He received a hero´s welcome back in Britain. The perspective is from the British.
