Today, you may receive education from different forms: classical education at a distance. And the latter are already well-known forms e-learning (virtual classrooms) and blended learning (combination of classroom and e-learning). In this sense, technological innovation has gone a step further contributing to the academic community, the development and implementation of the v-learning (virtual worlds). Many high schools and universities in the world, for some years been developing projects and virtual presence, using for this, one of the most popular platforms on the market: Second Life. In this place, live interactive experiences between teachers and students in relation to information technology and communication. This approach to virtual environment represents the progress from one stage to explore, with stakeholders to apply for our university, students and teachers - the possibilities of participation, interaction and production that allow virtual worlds. In response to the urgent need for professionals in our country in the incorporation of ICT in education and business endeavor, the University of San Martín de Porres (USMP), through the Academic Unit Virtualization (Virtual USMP), presents Diploma in Introduction to Virtual Worlds - Second Life .
