Fear of change is something that we all experience in life. Change happens all the time and we have to go with whatever it brings our way.

The power of fear is something that has the ability to stop us in our tracks before we even get started on something.

We all procrastinate in one form or another. Either we put things off or say that we'll do them later. If we adopt the attitude of do it now, it can make a tremendous difference in our lives. Sometimes fear stops us, sometimes guilt stops us, sometimes it's just plain laziness that stops us; but, no matter what we blame on the fact that we're not doing it now, the fact is that we're still not doing it now.
