1. At first we should have a large amount of hard power due to our military power (Ottoman Empire). Large amount of land is desert and play to our home field advantage.
2. We should have a average amount of hard power due to the fall in population and declining military power. Mostly desert or arid land, still a large advantage.
3. We should have a large amount of hard power due to the natural resources that have sprung up. Also military wise we should have good hard power.
4. This round we should have the most hard power due to the control of oil the military strategies that we employ.
5. In the last round I think we should have a low amount of hard power because our oil has ran out, but we will have nuclear weapons that we will use to keep us rich.
