Hilton unveils new North American Hampton brands prototype - 0 views

    HILTON RECENTLY INTRODUCED a new North American prototype and refreshed global brand identity for its Hampton Inn and Hampton Inn & Suites brands. The prototype is scheduled for its inaugural hotel opening in early 2025, Hilton said in a statement. "With a legacy of leadership and performance spanning four decades, Hampton by Hilton continues to stand as a beacon of humanity, connecting people from around the globe and delivering a reliable and friendly stay in each one of our hotels," said Shruti Gandhi Buckley, Hampton by Hilton's senior vice president and brand leader. "As we unveil our new North American prototype and refreshed visual identity, we embark on an exciting new chapter for Hampton. This is a celebration of our core values and signifies a renewed commitment to our owners, guests and team members." The prototype is designed to adapt to various market conditions and site restrictions while improving the guest experience, the statement said. Informed by guest and owner insights, as well as design trends, these updates aim to enhance guest functionality and comfort while optimizing costs for owners in terms of building, operating, and renovating.

GHM entities acquire two Hilton-branded hotels in Peabody, MA - 0 views

    Giri Bar Harbor Kebo Inc. and Giri Peabody 57 LLC, doing business as Giri Hotel Management led by Ash Sangani, recently acquired Hampton Inn and Homewood Suites Boston Peabody hotels in Peabody, Massachusetts, respectively. The two properties offer a total of 205 rooms. The hotels are within a 10-mile radius of Salem and 13 miles south of Boston. The properties are near the headquarters of Analogic Corp., Neurological, Lahey Medical, North Shore Medical, and Boston Children's Hospital Peabody. "With the acquisition of these two hotels, we're thrilled to announce the expansion of our portfolio to include eight Hilton-branded hotels," said Sagar Malavia, GHM's partner. "Situated along Route 1, these locations offer prime positioning for an exceptional guest experience for short- and long-term guests. We're dedicated to fostering a welcoming, family atmosphere for our new hotel team members and look forward to fostering excellent relationships with the community for mutual economic success."

IHG unveils new prototypes for three suites brands - 0 views

    IHG HOTELS & RESORTS recently introduced new prototype options for its three suites brands - Staybridge Suites, Candlewood Suites, and Atwell Suites - focusing on space and efficiency while maintaining key features from current designs. These prototypes are scheduled to be available by the second quarter of 2024, with the first properties featuring them expected to open as early as 2025, IHG said in a statement. Initially, the prototype designs will only be accessible to U.S. properties, with the possibility of future adoption in Canada, the Caribbean, and Latin America. "IHG continues to build on our nearly three decades of leadership in the extended-stay and suites space by evolving our prototype designs to increase owner value while offering the spaces and amenities short- and long-term travelers value most," said Kevin Schramm, IHG's senior vice president for development, mainstream brands, U.S. and Canada. "Our new concepts reflect guest and owner feedback, and enable new and existing owners to deliver our modern suite experiences-in various forms-to more markets without compromising consistency or quality."
