Washington Monument was build in order to honor George Washington in the USA. The monument was dedicated to G. Washington on 22nd February 1885. It was constructed n the early 19th century. The monument is 555 feet high.

STONEHILL PACE, THE Property Assessed Clean Energy financing division of Stonehill, has provided $16.3 million in its first commercial property assessed clean energy (C-PACE) financing in Washington, a statement said. The loan is for the Cornus House, a new 199-unit multifamily project with 1,233 square feet of retail development in Tacoma, Washington. The C-PACE financing is over a 30-year term and will fund lighting, covered process, seismic and qualifying soft costs, according to Stonehill PACE. The project development is expected to start before the year end and is scheduled to be finished by Nov. 1, 2024. "For eligible projects, C-PACE financing remains one of the more attractive venues to get a project over the finish line," said Jared Schlosser, Stonehill's senior vice president and head of Stonehill PACE. "The Cornus House is a great project in a strong market led by a savvy ownership group with 30-plus years of commercial real estate experience and a portfolio of more than 800 apartments. This C-PACE financing is the final piece to complete the financing puzzle."

The TownePlace Suites by Marriott Potomac Mills Woodbridge is open in Woodbridge, Virginia. It is owned by Mills Group LLC and managed by Marquee Hospitality LLC, which is led by Mike Patel as principal and chief operations officer and Nav Patel as Principal and chief financial officer. Attractions near the new 91-suite Woodbridge hotel include the Potomac Mills Mall, the Hylton Chapel, Marine Corps Base Quantico, Fort Belvoir, historic Occoquan and downtown Washington, D.C. Hotel amenities include an indoor swimming pool, a fitness center and 1,255 square feet of meeting space.

IGNITE HOTELS RECENTLY acquired the 126-key WaterWalk Phoenix North Happy Valley in Phoenix, marking WaterWalk Holding Company's first asset sale. WaterWalk Hospitality will continue managing the property under the WaterWalk Extended Stay by Wyndham brand, forming a new partnership with Ignite. Ignite Hotels, based in Kennewick, Washington, is led by President Gurbir Sandhu. "We are excited to partner with WaterWalk Hospitality as our management company and the Wyndham team," said Sandhu. "This collaboration allows us to capitalize on the potential of the extended-stay market while leveraging WaterWalk's expertise in operations and guest satisfaction." The Phoenix property, a mix of furnished and unfurnished units, debuted as the first Gen2 prototype in 2023, the companies said in a joint statement. The Gen 2.0 prototype prioritizes efficient design and lower operating costs. The hotel is near major business hubs, shopping, dining and outdoor attractions.
