Demeter farm milll products are sourced in Australia as first preference and otherwise imported. Demeter products are stored on-site within coolrooms to maintain quality and freshness.All our grains are carefully stoneground using imported European millstones. This very ancient method of milling grains gently reduces the whole grain to a fine meal which retains all the natural goodness of the grain.
