How it works

Pick any new home through our partner Keystone RE/MAX. New construction homes will get additional benefits including closing costs credits.

Guaranteed rent for 3 years!
We'll guarantee you 11 months of rent per year for the next 3 years on your current home. That's 33 months of rent guaranteed! If your house is vacant more than one month a year we will cover your rent!
We will also waive your leasing fee when your house is rented. This will save you up to $2,000.

What happens after 3 years?
After the three years is up you can continue to rent your home through Westhill or we can sell it for you.
