Have you ever Imagined that after a dental cleaning your teeth look sparkly and white, but over time they appear more dull and yellow?

Some people brush only once a day while others brush three times a day. It depends on your lifestyle and the severity of your dental problems.

Plaque can be removed by brushing your teeth at least twice a day with fluoride toothpaste. One type of fluoride toothpaste is the one that contains small amounts of sodium fluoride, such as those found in Colgate Total toothpaste.

When brushing, make sure to use the interdental brushes designed for the job. These interdental brushes fit tightly into the gap between your teeth and remove plaque from underneath the gums.

When flossing, bend the floss around your finger and start flossing from the middle of your teeth and going up to the gum line.
