    Hi it's Ziad. I recently had a meal with a very close friend of mine. During our conversation he told me that he had been diagnosed with Diabetes. This was very recently in December 2013. Apparently his stress levels were high and this contributed to him being diagnosed with Diabetes. He was told by his Doctor he would need to take insulin and regularly monitor his blood levels for there rest of his life!
