Neo-Ponden, also known as androisoxazol, is a methylated derivative of an anabolic steroid called dihydrotestosterone that possesses dual alterations. Neo-Ponden has c-17alpha alkylated that protects it from breaking down while going through the liver. Again, it includes the attachment of isoxazole group that replaces the 3-keto group on A-ring and thus effectively reduce androgenicity and increase anabolic potency.
