Ayurveda does not rely on a single method to help you quit smoking. It uses many approaches and ensures that the person is free from addiction in a natural way.

1. Use 250 gm of rock salt in a bucket of water to mop the floors of your room. Sprinkling rock salt all over the floor is not effective at all. If the rooms are too big, take another bucket of water with 250 gm of rock salt again for mopping.
