    Mental illnesses are disorders of brain functions and it may vary according to a person's environment, genes and experiences. According to statistics 1 in 5 young people suffer from different mental illnesses. A mental illness makes things hard in life. So it should be treated on time with all the help you could do for the person with illness. There are number of separate mental disorders and the common of them are Anxiety, mood, personality, eating, psychotic, addictions, and behavioral disorders.


    Here, we will move further in details with Anxiety Panic disorder and bipolar mental disorder. Panic disorder is a serious condition where a person who is suffering develops a constant fear which can affects the quality of life. You might feel overwhelming anxiety or fear. The level of fear is so high that you may feel that you're dying and you can't breathe. Panic attacks might turn into Anxiety panic disorder. In many cases it arises with no such indications and it attacks you without any warning. People with this disorder sometimes have repeated attacks of fear. It gives you a feeling of danger and fear when there is no real danger. It could be harmful for your body as it is a major problem and it could also have a physical reaction and you may feel like having a heart attack. It can occur anytime even when you are relaxed or sleeping in peace.


    A person with panic disorder feels discouraged and cannot carry out normal routines. It may occur anytime but you can notice it by few symptoms such as severe fear, worry in situations, restlessness, pounding heart, shortness of breath, stomach upset, headaches, trembling, overwhelming panic etc. However not everyone who worries a lot has disorder. But you can overcome or cure it by keeping a healthy lifestyle, even if you are having some big issues try to relax ,make time for fun and relaxation, take care of yourself, note down things which is making you worried and try to make it simpler.


    Whereas, bipolar disorder causes serious shifts in mood, thinking, energy and behavior. Comparatively it is more harmful for a person's life. It could go from the very lows of depression to the highs of mania. It could last for days, weeks or even months. The mood swing in bipolar disorder is so extreme that it interfere the ability to function. People with this disorder experience unusual extreme emotional states which occur in different periods known as mood episode. Each episode turns out to be a drastic change from usual mood and behavior. They may be depressed or sad at extreme; on the other hand they may turn explosive and irritable during a mood episode. Sometimes a person who is suffering from bipolar disorder has psychotic symptoms too, such as hallucinations.


    It is one of the major mental illnesses. Bipolar usually lasts a lifetime and episodes come back over a time. So the aim of treatment of this illness is to minimize the frequency of episodes and to reduce the severity of symptoms. Although taking medication and proper treatment is a must for this illness but encouraging a patient to adopt a healthy lifestyle which helps them get good food, sleep and become physically active and controlled, together. It could really have an overall impact on several factors in almost every kind of illness which could make things better.
