Most of us think that bad habits are smoking, nail biting or eating unhealthily - we look at the physical actions. The ones that are hard to recognise are the ones that have been running in your life for a very long time.

    Some examples are:

    • Running late for work or meetings
    • Thinking negatively or focusing on negative
    • Gossiping
    • Seeking attention
    • Resisting change
    • Making rash decisions
    • Being defensive
    • Not finishing what you started
    • Not asking for help when you need it
    • Holding on to things that no longer serve you
    • Spending time with people that make you unhappy.

A bad habit can be changed in 30 days… You can trick your mind into changing a habit by focusing on one change consistently for 30 days. Habits are unconscious experiences from your past, which can be changed.
