  UX or otherwise known as user experience is a necessary condition for survival. If a website is difficult to navigate, users leave. If the homepage fails to clearly state value proposition or what customers can do on the site, they leave. If a website's information is too cluttered or requires too much effort, its abandoned. Note a pattern here?
