  I can't believe that it's August already. Where have these months gone.
  
  Rick if your interested the Webcast Academy Class 4.1 is getting together Thursday August 6 at 10pm EST. If people are interested in an earlier time then I think that can be arranged.
  
  The purpose is
  to get help and support - some of us have had difficulty in getting our headsets configured (some of us had to get new headsets for this course) and if you have a DELL computer then there was additional downloads to make everything work.
  
  if you have had the chance to conduct an interview then this will be the time to share the hows why wheres etc on the interview, the challenges and what went right.
