      Interesante concepto de cooperación: si voy a tu casa a yudarte a pintarla, es colaboración (tú puedes hacerlo sin mi ayuda). Si para trabajar tú tienes que depender de que yo compre la pintura sería cooperación, porque existe interdependencia y la tarea no puede salir adelante si cada uno no cumple su función. Esta interdependencia se construye mediante un reparto de funciones dentro de cada grupo: grupos de 4 alumnos en los que todos ayudan y se distribuyen rotativamente otras 3 funciones: 1) Secretario: responsable de rellenar todos los días la hoja de registro; 2) Guardián del silencio: responsable de que se trabaje y no se moleste; 3) Portavoz: encargado de hablar en nombre del grupo. Me imagino que en la hoja de registro se evaluará lo que ha hecho el grupo y el cumplimiento de cada función por parte de cada responsable y de la cooperación por parte del grupo.

    There are certainly 3 main types of bull bars, classified by what they have to be manufactured from. These are aluminum, steel and plastic. All have independently tiny benefits, and of course disadvantages as well. It is important is the fact that you get the appropriate method of bar for what you absolutely need the vehicle for. Steel Bullbars are the heaviest, but they also are likewise the most effective. Aluminum bars weigh a small amount in, but are not anyplace close to as strong as a steel one. Plastic Bars weigh with regards to the same, and tend to bend in when an automobile accident occurs.

    ON BİR AYDIR DEVAM EDEN HUKUK SKANDALINA KİM SON VERECEK? 1 Ocak 2009 tarihinden itibaren uygulanması hukuken mümkün olmayan 3167 Sayılı Çek Yasasının ceza içeren hükümleri çoğu mahkemelerce uygulanmaya devam edilmekte ve Yüksek Mahkeme de bu durumu maalesef onaylamaktadır. Uygulanamayacağı yasa ile düzenlenen, bu nedenle yasal olarak yok hükmünde olan bir kurala göre ceza vermek, gerek Anayasa'da yapılan temel haklar ile ilgili düzenlemelere, temel hak ve özgürlükleri içeren Uluslararası Sözleşme hükümlerine ve gerekse Türk Ceza Kanunun 2. maddesinde düzenlenen "kanunun açıkça suç saymadığı bir fiil için kimseye ceza verilemez " kuralına da aykırıdır. Diğer taraftan TCK'nın genel hükümlerine aykırılık içeren mevcut çek yasasının ilgili maddelerini uygulamak imkanı kalmadığı için, "suçun cezasız kalacağı" gerekçesiyle bu boşluğu kıyas veya kıyasa yol açacak biçimde genişletici yorum yapmak yoluyla doldurmak ta TCK'nın 2/3 maddesi kapsamında mümkün değildir. Suçun cezasız kalması, kanun koyucunun sorumluluğundadır.
