London, 22 November 2013, Interoute, owner operator of Europe's largest cloud services platform, today announced the ISO 27001 certification of its Berlin Data Centre Operations. This is the eighth of Interoute's European Data Centres to attain the internationally recognised information security management best practice standard for Security and Risk Management and demonstrates Interoute's continued commitment to providing secure ICT hosting solutions.

Interoute has completed the ISAE 3402 and SSAE 16 Type II assurance report for its Amsterdam, Berlin, Geneva and London data center operations. The report was completed by PricewaterhouseCoopers (PwC) through a six-month sampling audit across seven security and risk control areas.
