I have had several merchant accounts as well as read reviews on them. I am currently needing a merchant and gateway account ASAP, as my site is live and I have no merchant or gateway account.

My programmer is leaving for vacation tomorrow and we are having trouble with our basic moneybookers integrations.

I just setup a paypal account(Premier personal account, can receive credit cards), I also have truned on the Instant Payment Notification in my paypal account, I’ve added paypal gateway in whmcs admin area, so I go to the front page and run a test, but all I got is this page, see the attatchment.

I offer e commerce web hosting which includes web design , shopping cart set up & installation, a 1 month free trial, a free gateway that i integrate with the shopping cart, and marketing techniques.

Because its quite hard to find payment gateway services/ merchant account providers for countries outside of the US. There are providers, but the cost/discount fees are quite prohibitive.
