I'm looking for a CHEAP domain reseller that accept credit card funds (NOT PAYPAL) !!

We sell web hosting, domain name registration, cheap pk domain, server dedicated hosting, reseller hosting, cheap VPS, web designing & development in pakistan. accredited member of PKNIC prepaid card.

I just setup a paypal account(Premier personal account, can receive credit cards), I also have truned on the Instant Payment Notification in my paypal account, I’ve added paypal gateway in whmcs admin area, so I go to the front page and run a test, but all I got is this page, see the attatchment.

I'm looking for an LMS that allows students to take courses, quiz/tests and study online by video streaming. I would also like the system to allow free trial (say 5 free courses) and credit card payment, etc.

I don't think I deserve this. My friend was just paying for my 3 months of advanced payment for my hosting. And then, when I got an email asking me to verify my account, I called in to the account department and for the first time, I told the operator that It wasn't my credit card and It was paid by my friend.
