His book, Prioritizing Web Usability, though pricey, is worth it for anyone interested in making their site more usable. I plan on using Neilen's suggestions for my own work.

It's very akin to Web ReDesign 2.0 (for those of you who bought the book), which talks about the psychology of users - Kelly Groto and Emily Cotler both speak about the utter importance of a site that affords fluid, easy usability.
