While it is inevitable to have disagreements in any workplace, there are also ways to working with the coworkers in harmony. It might not be possible that all the coworkers end up agreeing on every subject unanimously but it is certainly possible to keep a few rules in mind in order to avoid things getting too bitter. Bitterness is still okay, even though not preferable, if it remains in the form of a cold war but can be quite against what the bosses, supervisors and managers would want if it turns into a full-fledged fight.
