If in the year 2020 all books were digitized? What if, the public libraries had all digitized materials? Would the public users know how to use it? Whose responsibility would it be to train the public user? Would such a technological transformation change how we interact with the library's resources/materials? Would such a transformation force retirement of those who cannot keep up with technological integration?
