    Abel,

I agree with Felipe and Daniel. I see the MOOCs are good for some of the student but some student still need the face-to-face education. Sometimes is hard to just to have classes online because you feel the need to speak with a professor face to face for better understanding of a subject. In my opinion I like better traditions classes the face-to-face than online courses. For example, I can't imagine a premed student taking classes online and doing all his/her work and trainings online it will be very hard for him/her to understand and develop their skills.

    Lu,

I agree with you, a spreadsheet can be created for kids who need remedial training or as a tutoring tools for students who are struggling with a certain subject. However, it can be beneficial or hurtful to teachers it all depends how they use it. If teachers get proper training and utilize it correctly it will help both student and teacher learn and be ready. However, I can see some teachers like you said "use it as a pacifier" so the student can teach themselves and not become interested in how to utilize this tool properly. The purpose is not to babysit the student but rather to teach them all about technology and take advantage with what it has to offer.

    Amanda,

I agree it can be beneficial if used properly. I do see how it can help students individually by specifying the program to fit their needs and/or specify the program in which they need help in. Teachers can add remedial trainings for their students so they can continue to practice to achieve optimum results in the subject him/her are having trouble with. However, yes teachers definitely need to have the proper training so they can be comfortable and it can be a successful tool for both student and teacher.

    Jose,

I agree with you, technology has evolved and changed from years past. Technology is being used in schools more now than ever before. It seems to be that students can not function in school without using technology. I absolutely agree when you say that "school is not for everyone." A perfect example is my brother in law, his parents wanted him to get a college degree like his brother and sisters, however, he tried and it was just not for him. He is very smart and making really good money. He is very talented and I admire him in how passionate he is about his job.

I enjoy using WordPress, its the most popular blogging software on the market. Its easy to use, your able to manage your website from any computer, you have control of your own website which is awesome and you can have multiple users. Its user friendly and very reliable, I really like it and I recommend it.
