    First: Religious & Political Freedom
    Congress must not interfere with freedom of religion, speech or press, assembly & petition.

    4th: Searches & Seizures
    Unreasonable searches are forbidden, no random searches of homes or belongings unless a search warrant is produced with affirmation & particularly describes the place searched & person or things to be seized.

    5th: Right to life, liberty and property.
    No person is required to be held to answer for crime unless a jury is present. Private property cannot be taken for public use with justifications. A person cannot be a witness against their self. Persons cannot be deprived of life, liberty, or property without due process law.

    Sixth: Protection in Criminal Trials.
    Guarantees rights of the accused. A trial should be provided with an
    Impartial jury. The accused must be informed of the nature of the
    Accusation, he must be given the opportunity to present witnesses in favor
    Along with the right to have a defense.

    Tenth: Powers reserved to the States and to the people
    The states and the people have the powers not delegated to the federal government, provided that they are not prohibited by the constitution.
