Only has a few languages at present, but looks like an interesting model for language learning. 

Covers a range of different languages, starts with very simple phrases & conversations.

Most of this covers Paget Gorman - a sign language specifically developed for use with people with learning difficulties (now largely supplanted by Makaton), but including it here as it's got some interesting learning bits within it. 

Useful if you want to put quizzes into a website; though read carefully; was designed for language learning, and for formative assessment. Thus, default is that you can try again.  Not easy to embed in Google Sites.

Has several questionnaires, but you'll have to work out the styles for yourself! Also in cludes modifications for younger users and in various languages.
