Watch the video before reading the article. While watching, count the number of passes by people wearing white. I won't spoil it for those of you who haven't seen this before, but read the article. Our surprisingly intense level of "selective attention" will be useful to understand about our future students.

I personally wasn't aware of this website until it was mentioned in class last Friday. I was surprised that so many texts were available online. While many texts are not provided in their full, I feel that it could still be very beneficial to take specific chapters and sections from books.

This site has a very wide selection of different lesson plans for different authors. It is a good resource for teachers to find accompanying course work or helpful study tips for common high school English classes.
