Dr. Commander Selvam (Swamiji Sri.Selvam Siddhar) is a child prodigy. He hails in the tradition of the great sage saint Agasthya. Saint Agasthya established his Siddhar Peetam in the Southern part of India. Commander Selvam is the 26th Peetathipathi of this Siddhar Peetam. Commander Selvam's Guru is Maharishi Sri.Chinnappa Siddhar. He trained Commander Selvam in all aspects to be the peetathipathi of the ancient Siddhar Peetam. The Guruji sent Commander to various places for giving him training in different fields.

At the time of taking the nectar from the milk ocean, a lot of things came out from the ocean. First a white elephant came. Lord Indra took it. The next came is Sri Maha Lakshmi. Lord Mahavishnu took her. The thing that came next was the worst poison named Aalakala Visham. Even if it is smelt it will kill the person. Nobody wanted to take the poison.
