This article is about a company that was selling a range of wristbands called "Power Balance" and claimed they give you a competitive advantage over other athletes by interacting with the body's natural energy flow. They paid top athletes including David Beckham and other celebrities such as Robert De Niro and Gerard Butler. However there's no scientific proof that they actually work, they still sell for around £30 and the company expects to turnover £35 in 2010, all for selling plastic wristbands!
