I'm not endorsing this by any means, but found this vendor offering to create "talent communities" that link to an employer's applicant tracking system. Thought it was worthy of note for those of you researching how to engage with this new idea!
Rick,
A buddy of mine who was involved in SourceMob just quit and said they're not too reputable. FYI.
Jobs2Web has done talent communities and they're also located in the Twin Cities. They did Deluxe Corp. and Blue Cross Blue Shield as well as many others.
Great website for learning how to more effectively create and manage online communities, like LinkedIn Groups, Facebook Fan pages, etc. Less about the technology and more about how to behave online in a way that helps you achieve your goals.
