Must recruiting computer software have CRM functions? Do getting computer software companies include CRM within their product?
I think CRM is of smoke produced by some excellent marketing individuals who can sell ice to Eskimos.
A definition for CRM could Be The process of using data to keep, secure and find customers. The events, people, and questions connected with service, sales, and marketing. Yikes! I thought that is what recruiting is?
