It's a simple browser add-on - we go through your tweets, find those with links and post them to your delicious account.
We don't need your passwords and will never try to get it or ask for it. You should never have to enter your password for a service on other services - read more about the password anti-pattern.
Would you like to talk to your Twitter friends or set up a spontaneous conference call? Normally you'd have to agree to hook up over Skype or something else. But soon you could be making calls via Twitter. After signing in with your Twitter name and password you select how the call will be carried, either via browser, SIP ID or number/Mobile Phone. You then plug in your friend's Twitter name and generate a "Phweet" which is a unique shortURL for sharing the call with one or more people.
A Phweet is a shortURL that makes it easy to conduct voice conversations and conference calls between Twitter friends.
You don't need to create a new account to use Phweet. Simply sign in with your Twitter username and password.

After a few seconds, you will see the number of users who tweeted with that hashtag recently. Then, you need only enter your Twitter name and password and click "Blast!" You will start following all of those users. You can usually see the progress on a user-by-user basis.

The Twitter #ideaparty is fun, once you get the hang of it. To get started, I just went to www.tweetchat.com, entered my Twitter name & password, then selected ideaparty to get into the chat room. Nice thing is that it then automatically plugs in the "#ideaparty" for you, but of course that counts as some of your 140 characters for a tweet. There is so much traffic already in the #ideaparty already on some days, I can hardly wait to see how it goes on the BIG launch day, Tuesday March 24, 2009, for the World Wide Rave for Wishcraft 30th Anniversary edition. Awesome stuff!
A bot that interfaces between irc and twitter. To use just edit the bot and change the config:
my $ircserver = 'irc.inet.tele.dk'; //add your irc network
my $ircchannel = '#corporate'; //add your irc channel
my $nickname = '``twitter'; //add your twitter bots nick
my $username = 'twittwittwit'; //add your twitter bots name
my $twituser = 'twitterusername'; //add your twitter username
my $twitpass= 'twitterpassword'; //add your twitter password
then execute it with the usual:
jhr@nata2:~$#$ perl twitter.pl
It should output some status and server MOTD info and eventually connect to your channel.
Once connected, you should be able to send an update to twitter by typing:
!twitter update text to send to twitter
If all goes well, an update will be sent to the twitter API and your update will be posted.
The bot is also configured to send an update on channel topic change.
You can use your existing Twitter account, we do not store or receive your password and there is no need to create just another account on some website. You are good to go, enjoy the data.
