I like this video very much - especially the point about listening. I find more often than not when you can reiterate in your own words what someone is trying to convey to you, it gives instant credibility.

I really like this video - I love the message. Applying it to Tweddle business I immediately gravitate to the values Teamwork (we are one - we sink together / we swim together) and Global Perspectives (be open minded, listen, seek to understand not judge).

This gets my vote for an addition to the TG Film Festival. Also ties directly back to the Happieness Advantage.
