This reminds me of the statement I read a long time ago that went something like this, "Never give others the power to control your emotions. If you require others to make you happy, then they have control over you and you'll never be happy."
1. This is the hardest to keep up on. 2. Unknown. Although I thought a lot about it. I have no answer for how to maintain this as a routine. I've been able to do it for periods of time in the past, but it never permanently sticks. :-)
1. No new discovery 2. Treated our client kindly 3. Client review of videos went much faster than usual 4. Remembering is the hardest part. So remembering to be kind will be my goal.
1. Nothing caused me anger all day. 2. I was tempted to think disapproving thoughts, but controlled my tongue for the day, and did not let those thoughts loose on the world. 3. I paused before speaking, and mentally banished those thoughts.
