It goes to show you that treating people like they are people and not objects pays off in the long run. Also, when you take accountability for your own actions/ideas and opinions it helps you grow and gets you further in life. You will take responsibility for all your doings... good or bad. Communication is key, Respect and Appreciation is given and taken. (That is my opinion and what I go by) - :)
