  Using ruthless self-honesty ask yourself this question today - "Do others feel free to talk to me about their challenges, realities, and ideas, including how I am a problem for them, knowing that I will eagerly learn from them and change to help?"
  
  Then ask yourself these questions -
  1. Who wouldn't say this is true?
  2. In order to help things go right, what is my right next step?
