    I really believe if youve never been unfortunate enough to have seen a panic attack then, it'd be very hard, if maybe not impossible to appreciate exactly how extremely frightening they really are. On-the other hand, if you've experienced the regrettable situation of enduring one first hand, then I doubt that you could ever forget precisely how intense they are.

    What exactly are the most common panic and anxiety attack symptoms? Well, first of all you should recognize that whenever youre in the middle of one, the last thing on your mind is making mental notes about your overall mental and biological state. But thinking back-to my anxiety times, the list following springs to mind:

    1) Dry mouth.

    2) Tensing of my stomach muscles.

    3) A slight feeling of sickness.

    4) Sweaty feet and hands.

    There were perhaps over this but thats all I can recall at this moment in time.

    As I became more used to experiencing panic, I became able to identify the aforementioned signs and in this was then able to distract myself a proven way o-r another in order to avoid a strike reaching its peak. I'll add though, that, for me personally, using disturbances to defend against stress was an extremely hit and miss affair and it did nothing to reduce the huge levels of anxiety that I had to cope with.

    Now, if the anxiety peaked, it used to feel just like someone hitting me hard in the chest with a soft hammer repeatedly. And these hammer blows would reveal right through my human anatomy entirely down-to my feet. While it was happening, I would experience an overwhelming degree of raw fear. In my case, the anxiety attacks just appeared to last for a couple minutes but they could have lasted longer instantly.

    Once the panic had subsided, I'd feel very light-headed and maybe not there for a minimum of 30 mins afterward, often, over an hour or so. And, if the truth be known, I wouldnt experience completely myself for the remainder of the time.

    The panic and anxiety attack symptoms that Ive described above were more or less what I used to have. But please be aware that it's sometimes difficult to attempt to explain physical sensations using only words. Im also very sure once they come face to face with their stress that other patients can have undergone different activities.

    As my close companions I lived for all too many years with panic and anxiety. They ruined my life by taking my love for life and replacing it with constant worry and fear. Stress and anxiety are both curable. I conquered mine and my lust for life returned exactly like it had never been away.
